FAQ:

  Do you require reservations?
No, walk-ins are welcome. We highly recommend reservations during peak hours (6-7pm), but they are not necessary. Reservations are highly recommended for groups of 6 or more, to avoid disappointment.

  Do you offer takeout?
In short, yes! We take great pride in making delicious food, in a timely manner. This means that, if the restaurant becomes too busy, the takeout service may be stopped until the kitchen is no longer overwhelmed.

  Can we purchase wine for takeaway?
Absolutely! All of our wines are available to be purchased. We offer a $15 corking fee discount on takeaway wines, only.
All of our wines are hand selected, consignment, and unavailable through the LCBO. If you would like to purchase 1, 2, or 10 bottles of wine, simply call us or come into the restaurant. 

  How can I enjoy a glass of wine that is only available by the bottle?
Easily. Any bottle of wine ordered in the restaurant can be re-corked and taken home. This means that you can enjoy 1 glass, or half a bottle – and simply take the rest home with you.

  Can we bring our own birthday cake?
In short, no. We are a completely nut & seed free establishment. Any cakes being brought in must be pre-approved by management, and must come from a certified nut & seed free bakery. Cakes that are not approved will be turned away at the door.

  Can we order a birthday cake?
Absolutely! Here at Z’Amoré, we take pride in our cakes, and have unique options, such as our Tiramisu Cake or Cannoli Cake, and some more traditional options, such as vanilla, chocolate, or black forest cake. Cakes must be ordered by calling in, at least 72 hours in advance.

  We are having a private event, can we bring our own food?
No. Z’Amoré is a full service restaurant, and does not accept outside food. For private events, management can approve for a cake or specialised items to be brought in (items must meet health policy, including nut/seed free requirements)
